Empowerment Bible University Policies of Nondiscrimination are in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all regulations adopted pursuant to such title to the end that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, gender, national origin or denominational affiliation, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefit of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity.
